Hello there, I’m Juleen Mathias
Ever since I was 12-years-old, I’ve had a camera in my hands. Over the years, I have learned to love and appreciate the art of photography. Through studying Visual Communication at Brigham Young University-Idaho, my skills have reached new heights as I continue my learning.
I am a strong believer that you can always learn more, even in subjects you have mastered. When it comes to creativity, there are endless opportunities. I hope that you will join me in my journey of growth and discovery.
Of course, I can’t do it alone. I have two fantastic mentors that have been helping me along in my process.
Caryn Esplin has impacted my knowledge of photography greatly over the years. As a faculty leader in the Visual Communication Department at BYU-I and a professional photographer, I have much to learn from her experiences and knowledge.
Eric Lybbert has played a huge role in my web design development. Though I am nowhere close to perfect, his feedback and leadership helps me to create bigger and better things. Lybbert is currently a professor in the Visual Communication Department at BYU-I.
